VVS (Hangul: 비비스) is a five member South Korean girl group under MZMC Inc. They are set to make their debut in the first quarter of 2025.
History[]
2024: Pre-debut introduction[]
On April 26, VVS was introduced to the world through a Billboard article and interview where they shared their plans to debut in October and their goals as a group.[1] However, on October 3, Paul Thompson, MZMC's founder and main producer, posted on his Instagram story explaining that the group's debut would be pushed back to the first quarter of 2025 as the company was still in the midst of finalising with business partners.[2]
2025: Debut[]
On January 4, a trailer for VVS's pre-debut documentary was released, with it scheduled to air in full on January 5 on CNN.[3] In a segment on the group's formation, the documentary confirmed that VVS would be making their debut in April of 2025.
On March 27, Paul Thompson was interviewed during Arirang News' The Kulture Wave segment, where he shared that VVS would be debuting on April 22, and their debut mini album would release on May 19.[4]
